Najla Sylvester-Wills is the Founder and Chief Creative Director of Najla’s Personalized Planning and Events LLC. Najla started her career in retail. She served as an Operations Manager for a big box retail company for over 15 years before deciding to enter the event planning industry. It started as a dream. A dream to create and leave a lasting impression on
clients. With drive, passion, tenacity and creativity — That dream has now manifested into reality! Najla is known for her customized approach to every project, paying careful attention to every detail to ensure each event is exceptional. As Founder and CCD, Najla's primary vision and ultimate goal is personalizing each event so it's memorable and exceptional to each client. Her mission is to always strive to remove the stress and unnecessary worry with the details of planning your next event. Using a combination of project management, organizational skills, networking savvy, reliance and adaptability, dedication to client service, unbridled creativity and love, Najla promises just that.
